Uncle V in a quiet moment…
The Panasonic 14-140 is finding its stride. Or should I say that I’m coming to grips with its strengths and capabilities. The "Mega" Optical Image Stabilization works really well and counteracts some of the slowness. And despite the current Internet fetish with fast lenses, you don’t need them for subject isolation; if you work your photographer-subject-background distances you can get pleasing out-of-focus areas.
