Panasonic GH2 with a Pentax DA70 F2.4 Limited via a Fotodiox adapter. ISO3200. This is a pretty nice performance. No NR applied in post. Similar shots at ISO6400 and ISO12800 show much greater blotchiness in the color and reduced dynamic range/greater contrast.
This was shot at 1/25 with an effective FL of 140 and no image stabilization, so a little technique and a little luck help to keep it sharp. If there were moving subjects here, I might have to resort to ISO6400 and higher.
Still, I’m not yet convinced that ISO3200 is usable territory for the GH2. More evaluation is required, but I am hopeful that it will work in a pinch…
